If you are ever driving through Paso Robles or visiting this charming town in central California, please eat at Artisan. Located on Park Street and featuring local wines and sustainable produce, this place is down right delicious. The proof is in the pudding/picture of my brunch entree... broccoli quiche with potato hash, and local seasonal fruit. Delicious!
